pending asylum= yes, pending since 2017.
married before= yes, divorce from customary court Onitsha 🇳🇬.
interview waived, FO Houston, TX
my case moved forward after I interfile my I693 without official RFE,
they received the medical on the 17 July and on the 19 July it was attached to my file.
my I130 was approved on 29th of July on my first actively review and approval was found at documents section.
i485 was approved on the 30th of July.
i overwhelmed them with a lot of evidence and I made use of my unsolicited evidence portal.
