VAWA processing out of the country
Does anyone here who is processing vawa out of the state and choose the consular processing and had the interview because I wonder if 10 years bar applies if the petition out of the country as I know it’s not a problem when you are inside the country please share your experience it’s pretty important

if you leave the us and apply for Vawa, even if you are approved, you could still be subject to the 10-year bar if you have overstayed
