@uscislin linuscis , can you tell me that how to do it, any sample letter if you can provide? for proofs i can get all of her doctor presciptions and chemotheraphy documentations. Is any document needed to prove to she is my Aunt? she has same surname as mine, is that enough?

you need to write you your congressman in your city. They will reach out to uscis. Best thing u can do now is to call the congressman near you. They will help u out

@red dead , i did not apply for AP, applied 485, 360,765 back in nov 2020, so far got work permit, 6pf. no rfe

@Red B okay , I don’t know your timeline. if your I-360 not approved yet. I suggest that you apply for I-131 , it was free with your I-485. for now I’m assuming that you’re not in removal proceeding. call USCIS , make an info pass appointment request based on humanitarian category. make sure you have evidence to prove your auntie situation & relationship + your receipts. and ask the officer for a emergency advance parole “ one month “ once you’re approved you will get it the same day without any charges. you can travel for two weeks and see your aunti and come back with no problems. you have to be back on time!! this is my suggestion. good luck

@Luna L yes I don’t think they will approve your expedite request. but don’t give up, keep trying. if you think about it , if you need to travel for an emergency. and you have AP , then why would they expedite your case for it, since you can simply use it ! but you expedite your case just simply because you’re out of processing time, not because you need to travel .. got it ? I hope that you hear some good news very soon 🙏

@Luna L I’m sorry to hear this , pray for a speedy recovery for your kid. you have to wait or just go for like a month using your valid AP. if your AP valid for a whole year, talk to USCIS about it , and see if you can use it and be gone for 3 to 4 months without risking any missing out an update on your case, in case they mail you something.

Call the 1800 # keep on saying info pass when the atm is talking, you will end up talking to a person, and they will schedule an info pass appointment for u to expedite your case they will tell you the things you need to bring to the appointment, I just did the same thing last month cos my dad was sick, and they gave me a parole for one which ended onthe 5th of August,... my vawa was approved on Jan 23rd 2023,.... since 2019. But I finally got my green card approved yesterday 8/14/2023..........Goodluck everyone
