@Juan Santos hello thanks for the message. yes i will talk with my lawyer. i hope everything will be ok as you said. what is the reason about denial i m waiting for the notice.

@jisun kim couple of advices based on my experience. 1.) refile - sometimes the officers might be too strict. it is the most subjective adjudication of all visa categories. you will have another set of eyes for second filing. 2.) when they deny, they give a big explanation for denial. use that to your advantage and develop the strategy for 2nd filing. I have got denial in my first and refilled based on learnings and got a success. there are innumerable 2nd time successes in EB1a. good luck
