@🙏🏿 🙏🏿🙏🏿 did you receive your I-130 approval letter? I can’t find it in documents tab. my case status did not change to RFE but there is a mail coming from USCIS but it has my name on it, usually for I-130 correspondence its the petitioning spouse name

@Zhar KS yes i receive my approval letter and it should have your spouse name on it as the Petitioner and on top of it you will see your name as the beneficiary

just received the RFE letter. it is for I-485 and it asks for a Medical Exam form and then second part marriage proof.

@D M i’m in the US and when we file we sent everything to them i’m just waiting on my approval but for outsider i am not really sure how it works. talk to a Live Agent or call USCIS or in this App they will help you with alot of info🙏🏿

@D M my I-765 approve and my I-130 approve and yes i have the letter but i am in the US for me it’s a different process. yes the notice says that we should submit a copy with the I-485 but in my case i did submit my I485 application from the beginning of my process
