Just very happy about our luck since de case was solved so fast. For information, we paid the express option for the I-140 and they did not scheduled an interview. and for who is waiting, we heard from the lawyers that USCIS will not receive cases in August/23 to work on the backlog they have, maybe more people will have good news soon! #GC #greencard #EB3

@Z O Congratulations! Is the EAD card automatically made when you file I-485 or do you have to file a different form with an additional fee?

@Q N thank you! you have to file the request for work and travel permit together with the I-485 and yes they have additional fees for each one. These 2 forms will be processed faster than the I-485 itself. I got the EAD and travel permit around 3 months after aplying. I-765 is for work permit (EAD) I-131 is for travel permit
