hi guys, I just wanted to check is there anyone from February 2023 who got approved? it’s been 6 days now since my case status changed to “Your case is being actively reviewed”, and I just wanted to know how long will I have to wait to see “Approved” finally? thanks to all ❤️

my case is showing “longer than expected time” filled February 2023

@nazar h when we filed in February the i-130 our processing time was 11 months. in june it changed to 2 months, then very quickly to 4 weeks, and then showed up that case is taking longer than expected… few days after, on July 27th we got that our case is being actively reviewed… and now I’m really anxious because I don’t know when we can expect an answer

@Jovana Vracic PD March 2023 and mines changed to AR 2 weeks ago. I contacted uscis and an agent told me my file is in queue to be scheduled for an interview but no update since
