adjustment of status
I applied on 7/10/23. I know it’s only been a few days. however, things were moving soooo fast. I got the biometrics appointment for 7/28/23 completed. the same day of biometrics case said “actively being reviewed by Uscis”. my question is, how long would th i765 take from there? also, what form gets approved first, the i130 or i765?

it usually standard. I applied on September 20th got the biometric appointment for 30th did it on 17th of October and it has been actively reviewed since. I got my EAD in January 17th and yesterday my wife's i130 got approved.. just spoke with a uscis agent and she says my case is approved the I485 but I can't see it as of now. I guess I have to give it time
