@M L your I-130 should be out of normal processing. Call and put in an inquiry

@ John RICHARDS you are correct and I have put in multiple service request and never really received any response. However my I-485 (filed in June 2022) has been transferred to non local Field office in January 2023 for review and adjudication, so from what I understand the I-130 approval will come in when the field office make a decision. Hope this makes sense to you. If you have any feedback, please share.
