case status not updating even after biometrics
I had my biometrics done on May of 2023. Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken for i-485. But for i-765, there is no update on case status. It has already been 228 days since filing. Any one on the same boat? I’m really concerned.

US citizen applying for my spouse. applied in Feb 2022
USCIS took about a year to get paperwork reviewed and approved. However NVC has been doing an excellent job with reviews. It took NVC about 3 days to generate a case once USCIS transferred my approved I-130 to NVC. Additionally, NVC approved our submitted documents within 20 days.
NVC DQ was April 10 and recived interview letter from US General Consolate - Mumbai with interview in late September.
overall this is definitely faster then I expected and hopefully it gets even faster for everyone who are still waiting.

My journey ends here for my own case whilst waiting for my kids applications. the wait has been killing me and hearing so many different stories from people made me even anxious about my own case since we had 20years age gap. But because God was in it withus he surely saw us throughout all odds. I know it's hard the wait is killing, not knowing what's happening or what's going to happen next triggers anxiety and depression. But I would like to say hang in there your time is coming, he has done it for and he will surely do it for you. Wishing you quick response and good news family.

hey guys, did anyone had experience with Texas Center, I had a chat today with live agent on USCIS site and she told me that our case is currently at Texas, but on our receipt was California? How fast do they process cases there?
