Hello my Lawfully Family. I trust that all is well with each and everyone of us. Last 2 weeks my combo card was approved. On Friday my combo card was produced, but not yet mailed. Today my i130 was approved. Hoping and praying for i485 to come in too. Guys, this process is so overwhelming, but we gotta keep the faith. This has been a long drag since JANUARY 19, 2022. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER, MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS. One last step for i485 to be approved. Let’s see how this goes.
Haven’t received my work site address yet

I am a bdv client .
I am suppose to start working for my sponsor from August end as per the discussion with bdv client specialist but until now I haven’t receive my work site address. Has any one faced this problem before ?
I have been continuously asking bdv for a decision but they are not responding . I confirmed that I am ready to work for my sponsor on June 7th 2023 with bdv client specialist.
Do you know when or how long does bdv takes to provide worksite address to the client ?
My EAD was approved on May 9th 2023,
and PD : 28th Mar 2022.

Weird encounter with Emma- live chat (Probably blacklisted)

Did anyone of you have such encounter with the live chat?
I reached out to them after I think 15-20 days on case follow up:
First time, one guy asked my receipt number and when I gave it to him, he just kept copy pasting one generic message that said- for this case you need to call 1 (800) 375-5283.. have a nice day! X 4-5 times.
I called on this number but was welcomed by the IVR. I tried going to Emma again, connected to another agent who asked my details and after I gave her- I got a message saying- Unspecified ended the live chat.
Do you think they have blacklisted me or just too frustrated with the work they do? One new thing I noticed too was they let me know which number I am in the queue.
Any such experiences for people who reached out today or off late?
I-130 approved but I-485 Still pending?
Anyone here has the 130 approved but the 485 still pending? My 130 was approved at the interview They approved everything there, more than a year has passed since then and I still haven't receive my Green Card Nothing has change in 14 months
Still says "USCIS actively reviewing your case..." online
