Notice for medical RFE
My PD is Jan 2022 and submitted application on March 10th 2023, but I haven’t been asked to send medical yet. Any idea on when I could receive it? My lawyer didn’t want me to send it with initial application so I am still waiting.

it is not necessary my application date was april 2021. I did send my medical and now I got a intial rfe for medical
