@frank N My medical RFE never got acknowledged by FO, but my case was approved.

@ faithful God I actually had sent an inquiry as they said when I don’t recieve my rfe but then I got it in the mail and sent it but they responded from the field office in regard to the inquiry I had made like a month but my lawyer sent everything to nbc and they said if they don’t get it by October 20 they will deny the case

sometimes it take them 60 days to acknowledge it or they don’t and just approve you

after 9 days mine changed to response received

@frank N Where were you supposed to send your RFE? The address should be on the last page of your RFE letter.

mine took like 3 months to get an update "rfe received

@frank N , it's takes 2 to 4 weeks for USCIS response to RFE, sometimes even longer. Mine took 2 Weeks to get response

Mine was acknowledged after 2 business days.
