Actively being reviewed
My I-485 and I-765 have been under actively being reviewed for 2 weeks now and today I received notice that I-130 is now being actively reviewed. Nothing under documents for anything yet, has anyone had these three under this same status for awhile? Hoping to at least get I-765 approved soon. Chatting with a live agent wasn’t helpful, I was just told everything was pending.
does anyone know how to expedite a case ?
Hi everyone, I have been thinking to request an expedite request in my case since the health of my mom is bad. So unfortunately my mom has terminal cancer and she’s in her last day :/ and I wanted to apply for an advance parole but I think it is better to request to expedite my case at this point. Does anyone have done that, is there any advice that you guys could give me ? Thank you so much

I received a notice on July 31st that says notice type approval notice saying your ead and ap are approved. But status didn’t change on online account(case being reviewed). how long does it take to receive the card and change status after getting the notice.

I 824 pending
I had to submit 824 form because I made mistake in 130, I got 130 approved on 17th July,after 17 months, then I called USCIS on 26th July, I told agent I want to transfer my case to NVC , she said I can put request to officer 2 they will reply to you and she give me service number, and 5 August I got the email from uscis we sent your case to nvc
I’m still double minded that’s true or not 🤔

stem opt work related
Hello all,
I filed for eb3 unskilled. During my 3 years of stem opt (2020-2023), from 2021 jan -2022 March there came a time when I didn't find a paying job due to COVID so I was doing internship/training at one company. The company offered me housing and paid training cost but didn't pay me. After discussing with my lawyer, we decided not to show that training on my i485 because it was unpaid. Now I'm worried because my lawyer has changed his opinion and Idk how to answer the question if I'm asked what did I do in that time interval 2021 jan to 2022 March. Because as an STEM opt student you're only allowed 150 days as of total unemployment including reg opt time. My interview will be coming very soon and I'm really worried. Please help. People who may have joined consultancy to find job may have experienced similar issue, please help if you find it relatable and share your experience if you already went through interview. Thanks alot for taking your time to read this!

Lawfully Countdown
Does anyone know how accurate the countdown under the "What's Next" section is under the history tab? I have Premium and have been watching the "Case Approved" number go down. For me, it just went down from 4 days to 3 days on average. When I first started paying attention, this number was at 79 days. I've been watching it slowly go down. It stayed at 4 days on average for about two weeks and today it changed to 3 days. Anyone else been watching this?
n400 & i751 combo interview decision can’t be made
hello guys
So I had my N400 combo interview last week August 2. I went with my spouse cos I have a pending i751. We went through the security check point and wen I got called in by the interviewing officer, she asked if this was my spouse, I said yes, she told him to wait for me at the reception while I went in with her.
So in short I was interviewed alone, immediately I got into her office, I was happy wen I saw my i751 file right in front of her. So she went tru the civic questions, and told me I passed and said she can’t make a decision because she needs to look through my i751 file. I asked wen I should be expecting a decision she said i should give it a week or 2 weeks or maybe a month and in 120 days I can go to court.
The wait is rather frustrating! Is there anyone else waiting for a decision after n400 interview? My field office is in Santa Ana
