No Decision Yet (Interview was 15 months ago)
It’s been over 15 months after interview and still no decision. The agent verbally approved my case and the next day I only saw I-130 approved but it’s been 15 months now and no news on I-485.
What I’ve been seeing is that the case processing time keeps on increasing each month and so my they always postpone when I’m eligible to call and ask about my case. Processing time used to be 14 months during the time of my interview last year but now it’s 25.5 months.
Is anyone going through the same situation here?? Please I would like to hear from you.

I have same situation.I got verbal approval from officer in interview on March 22,2023 but still case is in actively in review.

I tried to contact USCIS they said there is no RFE or no need for additional documents.

I got my I-130 approved a day after interview but nothing for 485
