rfe lost by usps
uscis sent me rfe to correct the medical form. they have requested to correct the original form or fill a new medical form but include a original form. I got the ecopy of rfe that’s how I know what the rfe is. but what should I do since I don’t have orgifinal medical form now? please advice
Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed after Responding to NOID
We responded to NOID for i130, 10 days later (August7th) we got Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed and to reach back to them if I don’t get it by August 21. I reached out to Emma twice and both times the agents told me no new notices were sent. I was expecting to see notice of receipt of NOID response not another NOID. This is extremely nerve wrecking. I’ve checked the document tab and there’s only one NOID document which was the one we got in June. I’m just really confused. Anyone ever had to deal with this? I can’t even sleep 😞
Is it OK to be put on unpaid leave until I get my EAD?
I am a K1 beneficiary and I currently work for an international company in my home country. My company also has branches in the US. They would like to continue employing me in the US and offered to put me on unpaid leave until I get my EAD. Would this be a problem? I do not want to look like I'm working until getting my EAD. To note, I'll stop working on September 1st and fly to the US on the 3rd

today I was sending an inquiry regarding my case after I enter my receipt number it showing data is unavailable at this time

new I-485 and I-765
hi all, I have a question about new I-765 c9 after my marriage petition was withdrawn.
- got c9 EAD card under marriage petition in summer 2022
- marriage petition was withdrawn due to divorce proceedings so EAD was terminated (received a letter about it) in spring 2023
- I am going to file Vawa, new I485 and 765 c9.
in this case, will my new (second) I765 c9 be “initial permission” or “renewal”? the first one is terminated so I thought it was going to be “initial” , also because I am applying new I485.
please let me know if anyone knows about it.
