GC approved!! 🥳 200 days from start to finish (EB1-B ROW, concurrent with I-140, no premium processing)
Hi all,
Didn‘t think I could make this post so soon but here it is:
Just got the update that my I-485 was approved!! Submitted everything concurrently in February, no I-140 premium processing. I-485 approval took around 3 months after I-140 was approved. My field office was San Juan (detailed timeline below).
I hope y‘all get approved very soon and best of luck for the upcoming visa bulletin!

Did you get I765 approved before I-140?

@ @Kannanuth Lert-ariyaphokhin My priority date was always current under he final action date from the beginning. I-765 and I-131 were approved first as combo card, before I-140. those are independent of an I-140 approval and only rely on a pending I-485

@Suzy K I really hope you get good news soon! San Juan FO turned out to be really fast. They also have their 80% case processing time currently listed as 6.5 months. Which FO are you at?

@Suzy K oh darn, but I wonder if these times are accurate at all. I thought cases would be distributed to non-local field offices with lower workload so approval is quicker?

I don’t know… Emma agents are giving conflicting information. one says look at processing times at the non local, one says no look at local fo, the other said look at historical processing times which is 8.7
