I765 Payment
Looking for some information on applying for the I765 9 months after applying for my I485 GC. I assume I have to pay since I didn’t file together. but just wondering if i still get that option 9 months later or not.

@K B yes you still apply for it, since the i485 is still pending it will be of no cost just ensure to put a copy of your i485 receipt notice in the packet.

@K B Since your I-485 is still pending, you should be able to file I-765 without any fees. Don’t forget to get 2 passport size pictures!
