I’m confused
This is for my I131 ( Advance parole). Does it mean I’m at the current step or what??

H1B consular process - I 797 B - answer to below post
recently I have a applied an H1b in consular application and it was approved. received an approval copy of I797 B form. when I cross checked the copy, I a doubt that the only petitioner was mentioned in that copy and No complete address was given. other thing also it was shown as consulate/poe as chennai what does it means?
note: I am on f1 stem opt currently
Don't know what to do
So my husband who is in Mexico (beneficiary), has been very ill, he might get his foot amputated due to his severe diabeties. It been devastating for me because I can't be there to care for him, we do have a baby girl together. Can I request an expedite to get a interview due to his illness, and bring him here so he can get better medical attention??? I don't think he will make it here to be with us 🙏

I had been struggling with my VISA status over the past 12 years. Lost so much on the way and suffered so much pains in this journey. It’s finally here.
