Support suggestion for Bonafide marriage’s RFE
Hi guys,
So we received RFE for I-130 for bonafide marriage and would love to hear get some insight from Lawfully’s community.
We have kept separate finances so no joint bank account. My spouse owns the house and pays for utility. I pay for the food and entertainment. So, my name is not on the bills. We do have a couple of joint insurances but, that’s pretty much it.
We don’t have any other assets together.
What docs. would you’ll suggest to submit to address USCIS’ same residential and joint economic relationship- pointers?

make each other the beneficiaries of your life insurance or assets. I showed we have same health insurance. kids birth certificates help, if applicable. you should have your name added to the utility bill… that’s probably not hard. itineraries of trips you’ve taken together with pictures of you at the locations. PayPal transfers between each other. if your marriage is legitimate you should have some stuff…
