NVC expedite
My wife lives in Palestine Hebron, West Bank. (Near Gaza) my case is at NVC, did not receive the welcome letter yet it’s been 23 days. However. Can I expedite my wife case because she is in Hebron West Bank (worrying situations), or only for those who are in Gaza can expedite? and how much does it cost?
EB1 approved - Totally inefficient centers
EB2NIW I140 approved in 2018. EB1B approved in 2019 and reapproved again in 2021 due to job change. I485 filed in June 2021 -and approved in Oct 2023z Took so long. Sending twice the medical and transferred through 3 service centers. The timeline showcases the total inaptitude of USCIS and chaotic situations inside the agency. November 2022, my wife submitted my I-130 on my behalf. Dec 2022, I received a messaged stating that USCIS was actively reviewing my case. I just assumed that they gave me the recognition that they received my case and I did not hear anything after that. WELLLLL… Today Oct 9, 2023 I received the same notification that someone is actively reviewing my case. Does this mean the ball is rolling?

Uscis received my medical report on June 15 2023 .. since then I didn't have any update on my case is that normal? knowing that my i-485 was received on November 16th 2022.

USCIS Expediate Criteria
So I was looking at the criteria for expediting the petition at the USCIS. So if a war broke out in the country where the Spouse is currently residing can this be used as a reason to expedite and if so what evidence can a person provide other what is on the news.
I appreciate any input on this matter
