What are the documents you need to submit with I485?
Hi fam, my husband is a US citizen and we have been married for 5 years now. We have 3 children. Currently, I am on STEM OPT.
My husband has filed I130 in Dec 2022, which has been on active review for 10 months now.
I am ready to submit my I485 and AP. May I ask aside from the forms, what other documents do you need to submit with I485? I have seen some people submit all the I130 evidence records (pictures, tax returns, ….). Thank you

My experience overall was not that bad. I only had bad experience with the Lawyer I initially had. He made some terrible mistakes on my application forms which I think affected my decision timeline greatly. ADVICE: Don’t rely on lawyers 100% as they can make mistakes. Advocate for yourself and always be on top of your case by checking status on USCIS website.

this is my second timeline for I-765 the first one was also filled on 8oct 2021 but that was filled wrong by my attorney. I’m stressing everyday from last couple months .

I see some people having their OPT-EAD approved within weeks even with RFE and no Premium Processing.
