Removal procedures
Hello everyone who knows my I-130 not approve it.
My question is can I apply for I-485 on removal processing time? or I have to wait till I-130 approval thank you appreciate it

@Dill abdu best to wait until your case from court is finished uscis will either deny are administratively close your 1485 just wait then file everything with uscis

@Iam Ricardo yeah didn't know until after interview with uscis right in the pandemic but get it dismissed never went to court
