EB2 ROW with Perm certified. is it better to file nonconcurrently?
for i140 and i485? filing date is current.
I heard filing nonconcurrently is faster since i485 is sent to NBc directly. but with the 5 month retrogression, is it better to file concurrently to lock in date for AC21?
