my ceac changed from refused to ready after a second interview
i did my second interview for eb3 and after the officer asked me almost the same questions he took the passports and he said we will put you in administrative processing for few weeks.
and when I checked the ceac status it changed from refused to ready ,
is there any explanation what is going on ? is this a good sign?
please i mine the only person here who's waiting for longer time here with zero message or atlease email from uscis at california service center

HUMANITARIAN REINSTATEMENT
SEPT 2022- Submit HR request with our lawyer.
APRIL 2023- No notice of receipt, so the lawyer sent the same request to 2 additional USCIS office.
SEPT 2023- No notice of receipt for either 3 requests sent.
SEPT mid 2024- Lawyer contacts Ombudsman for assistance.
OCT 2024- USCIS reaches out to the lawyer for some clarification and then inform us that the case is “UNDER ACTIVE REVIEW BY AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER’.
Has anyone who has been through HR process ever seen this or similar status and how long can this be estimated to take before they issue a final decision.
TIA!
