My cash is still intact. I used credit card and I have the required funds in the card.

I am in similar position. I submitted form I 485 since Oct 13th and they're yet to acknowledge receipt. They haven't deducted the funds either.

@Akande A They acknowledged the receipt of application on Oct 9 (FedEx delivered on Oct 9) and biometric notice was on 17 Oct ( appointment on 15 Nov). But I received all the notices in my mailbox on Oct 27 (my lawyer got them too at the same date)

@Tolu O I am not aware of this rule that you need to resubmit if you have waited 3 months for the receipt. But I doubt that. I sent cashiers check the address is: USCIS Attn: NFB (Box 660867) 2501 S. State Hwy. 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067-8003 I sent I-140 alone first and after it’s approval I have sent I-485 package

@Akande A. I received a notice from USCIS that my credit card authorization was denied. That could be my bank issue. I hope that is not your case too.

@Hope U. I just received a notification of rejection of my kids applications. They said we didn't sign them. Have you refiled yours ?

@Akande A. Yes. They acknowledged it few days ago.

I have a few questions 1. They opened their i693 and returned them. Do we need to get medical doctor to seal it ? 2. They removed all the supporting documents. Do we need to re-attach the documents?

@Akande A. I think you need to reapply again with all supporting documents. Get a sealed envelope from your Civil Surgeon. Ask an attorney too.
