taxe return
I need some advice , I will soon start my GC application through marriage(Married 3 months ago)based with a USC but my concern is do I need to use my wife taxe return (the one she filled alone last year) or should I wait and file with her next year ? which is going to take more time.

Use the most recent one. it's doesn't matter if you file on December 31st or even the beginning of January

you don’t need to show your joint tax return yet. if she qualifies to sponsor in 2022, then you should be fine.
