Divorce correlation to I-360 approval
hi vawa family,
I was married sept 4 2020 , applied for vawa I-360/I-485 PD on Aug 30, 2021. I lived together with my US citizens spouse for 9 month before leaving him. I haven’t filed for divorce yet, but I intend to before the year ends. we haven’t spoken to each other in over 1.5 years.
I wanted to know if there is any correlation between divorce and I-360 approval. I have been postponing it to create less commotions and distress prior to I-360 approval. worried if I initiate the conversation there could be exterm distress and high risk of he knowing that I have applied for vawa, as the marriage based application is still pending as I canceled the marriage based interview by submitting vawa supporting.
any advice would be highly appreciated.

Even though the case status hasn't changed I can already see the approval notice in the documents tab, and it is dated almost a week ago. Check that tab too when you're checking your case in the USCIS account. Best luck!

so I got an update that my new card is being produced and my Attorney also reached out to me that I have another biometric appointment, I have done my biometric before I don't understand why another I have another one

I-130 which service center?
I feel like I'm getting close to a decision on my petition. I recently downloaded the lawfully app which has been really helpful in showing me the stats. The only issue is this whole time I've been waiting I have never really been sure which service center is handling my case.
I received two letters from USCIS after submitting my I-130:
First, I received a "welcome" letter asking me to create an online account. This letter referenced the Potomac Service Center at the bottom.
Shortly after that I received a second letter. This one was more specific, stating "We have received your form and are currently processing the above case for the following beneficiaries" and then my husband's information. This letter referenced the Texas Service Center at the bottom.
I'm assuming my service center is Texas since that is the more recent letter, but I'm not sure. Additionally, my receipt number begins with "IOE" so no help there.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Finally! Work Permit approved: New Card is being Produced
God Did!
Have been patiently waiting, been out of job for so long. Hopefully it is the 5year one. Praise God!
For those still waiting. Don’t lose faith. My Pastor prayed for me today. Hours later I checked my status. I saw the approval message.

Prima Facie question
Hi all, I was wondering how long it takes to receive the first Prima Facie. I filed my whole VAWA process (i795 / i485 / i360 / i131 last May, got my receipts and also the information that it has been transferred to Vermont last August/23 and still no updates. Can you please share after how long you guys received yours (specially if you filed in 2023 please <3 ) Thank you!!
