Still waiting. I got RFE in my I-485 for income taxes almost 7 months ago. Sometimes I’m losing patience, but I’m still having faith and believing that things are gonna come in their time.

N-400 certificate states single yet married.
I am a married USA citizen I got married before my citizenship. On N-400 I noticed I forgot to mention that I was married and I filed a 1-130 spouse form for my husband abroad. Last year his B1 visa was denied best of a lack of strong ties. but on his visa application, he said he is currently married to me. Will this not affect my 1-130 saying it's not a real marriage? Is it possible to file form N- 565 to change my status? I have changed my name to his at the Social Security Center everything so far has changed?
