@God’s Grace no rfe. I received 3 pf through out the process and yes i sent a request to expedite through my congressman 2 months ago. it took them a month to approve the expedite request and 2 weeks to approve my VAWA

@V A my case was taking too long. almost 3 years. that was really my reason. I hadn’t been home in that time, my ead was expiring and I need to work to take care of myself. etc. please visit the USCIS website or google it and you’ll see plenty reasons why USCIS can expedite cases. the biggest reason has to be that you have been waiting for a while. if it’s only a year or less i dont think they will expedite it

does it saying case was approved or just card being produced? because I got card being produced last week and after that updated to a request for a duplicate card was approved and after that card was mailed to me!!! I never seen any approval notice!! @zara A

@Zara A , How did you find they approve your request to expedite 360 . I did that through the senator . It’s been a month, didn’t get any response and my reason was exactly like your reason. I am waiting 36 months . 😞😞

Card was produced means it’s been approved. They won’t produce a card if they haven’t approved your application. You should receive your combo card and reciept notice showing approval right after that. they don’t come together. they’ll come separately

@hope hope I am so sorry. Maybe reach out to your senator again and ask for status update on the expedite. once they received my expedite, they updated my account and once they approved it, they updated my account again too.

@Zara A but what notice did you get? new card is being produced, or cas was approved? because all the ppl Here that got approved before said it saying new card being produced and the next day change to cas was approved. I wanna see CAs was approved!!!!!
