@emad kaid Have you got the receive notice? Usually it takes upto 3 weeks to send receive notice. btw Why you took so long to file I-824 brother? As I see your case was approved march 17,2023 & you sent I-824 on November. You literally filled after 8 months!!! However it all depends on your service center. If it’s California then it will take like 3-4months. Except that all the service center take so long upto 1 year or over 1 year. Its a very long & stressful process. I’m waiting for my I-824 already 11 months at Texas service center.Nothing yet. So wishing you good luck.

thank you shobrina .Yes. I was late in sending i-824 because I traveled outside America and then I changed the address and I received the message late. Thank you for responding to me. But I want to know whether my delay in sending it will cause it to be rejected or not.

@emad kaid No it shouldn’t be rejected at all. You pay the fee of $465 along with the papers right? Once they have your I-824 fee & all the documents is okay you’ll get the receive letter soon. As I saw your I-130 was processed from California service center. So I pray your I-824 process from the same service center. So it will be quicker & you’ll get approved within 3-4 month. As I said only California service center is fastest for I-824 processing than other service center. You’ll find the service center at the bottom of your receive notice.
