traveling with combo card
My husband recently received his combo card. we’ve been trying to get information on whether we can travel to his home country and we get 50/50 answers. We’ve called different entry ports and some will say it’s ok for him to leave to Mexico even if it’s just to visit family, some will say that some CBP officers won’t let you back into the states..
Does anyone have any experience traveling with the combo card? what’s it like?
PD current
For AOS to be approved , PD have to be current at what stage.
I did concurrent filing for I-140 and I-485 and for the first three months, my country of birth PD was current and after that it retrrogressed.
is there any chances of getting GC or I need to wait till the time it’s current. I have the biometrics done, I-140 approved and EAD approved!
Any experiences/ thoughts?
Approved
All parise to God, after the case was put on Security Check and checking every day, also contacted a lawyer to sue the USCIS we finally got an approval.
We waited close to 15 month. We lost hope along the way. It felt like forever. But finally we are able to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Although there is another wait overseas for the actual visa, at least have more solid time frame.
I know most people who get approved do not go back to lawfully to update. I want to say thanks to the website, all the people working on it, all the people who are updating their cases.
I hope all of you get your immigration case sorted out.
My advise to all is one, contact your congress representative when your case is passed the normal processing time. Ask for you FOIPA file with USCIS. And finally of case is not moving consider filling a case against USCIS.
