Is online USCIS receipt valid?
I have not received the I-797 receipt for my form I-751
But USCIS has uploaded the receipt online in my account
The only problem is that the online receipt does not have I-797 written in the heading
Rest it has all the details. So I am wondering if the online receipt is correct or not and will be acceptable for traveling

Local office did not update online status after they receive RFE response
I got RFE for very ridiculous reason. I was asked to provide evidence that my spouse and I “share a marital life together” despite the fact that we’ve married for almost a decade. The attorney assistant mailed the RFE response package to California local office for us and it was indicated “delivered” on Fedex tracker on Sep 14 but the online status on USCIS tracker did not change. Our friends who had experience with RFE before said they got status update 3 days after RFE response was received. However attorney said it normally takes 30-90 days to process RFE response, and said there is nothing we could do. interestingly, the attorney assistant emailed me privately encouraging me to call uscis to connect to Tier II agent. We did that and the agent said we must wait for 60 days from Sep 14. Two days after the phone call, the online status was updated to “new card being produced”. I’m not sure if the phone call actually made a difference.

Hi fam, I had made several comments on others posts that it seems USCIS is attending to Dec 2022 cases. I just randomly checked my status in another app “case tracker” and I saw an IR as of today. I logged into my husband’s account (the petitioner) and there is an approval notice. Now, time to get my act together and submit my I485. Keep the faith.

Home visit after i751 interview
8 months after my interview with USCIS, they did a home visit but my wife was out of town for work and I was already at work because I start my driving really early in the morning, so no one was home to let them in. they called my wife and she explained to them. what should I expect now? will they come back or will they just go ahead and make their decision?
