Average time for I-130 approval
It’s been almost 7 month since I have filed for I-130 for my husband who lives in New Zealand (holding Residency but he is an Indian Citizen) and the case status haven’t been updated since 211 days which says “case was received and a receipt notice was sent”, at this point I have no idea how long I have to wait!
Is there anyone else who had filed for I-130 in end of April this year?
Please let me know if anyone can share anything related to this situation.

Maru 130 ne exactly 13.5 lagta. Just giving you rough estimates. Just received 485 approval ystd.

honestly these are usually 11-13 months from what I’ve seen.

@A K Patel my advice to u is that , when u be a usc, do upgrad your i-130 by sending ur us cetizenship certificate to uscis, may be at that time u will get the approval, coz the lpr process for i-130 is need more than 20 months

@AK Patel mine is parents category IR5. And we were here and my son filed while we were here. It depends which country PR you or your spouse has. Best way to do is through lawyers.
