your unsealed medicals are useless. if the lawyer didn’t submit them, you will get an RFE for them and will need to send a sealed envelope. it will be ok… lots of people get RFEs and they give you plenty of time to complete it

If you think that, use the unsolicited tab and upload all that you think she the lawyer may not have. But as far as the medical , if I was you, I would just straight forward ask your lawyer if she mailed the sealed envelope, and ask for proof, like the tracking . Unfortunately the medical has to be sealed so uploading online won’t do much helping . Hopefully you don’t get RFE and the lawyer did what you paid for it🙏🏻

if you’re looking online at what is showing up in the scanned documents, note that that’s not everything. only parts of mine were uploaded to the website, so if that’s what you’re worried about it might be ok. my lawyer confirmed she sent all my evidence even though it looked like only half of it was there.

@w s Hey and how long after said RFE was received you saw the rfe response in the document tab?

well I actually submitted mine both online and via mail. the date that I have is the day I uploaded it online… there was no second received date but I do know they received it via mail because I have a signature
