I got the notice to appear in court. No crimes, nothing. But I married a year ago and I was gathering the documents so I will show to court with all the proof. I didn't apply and it was a mistake of taking too long to apply. And I will defend myself because lawyers are asking 10k for the process. I refuse to pay that.

my case was transferred from NBC to Phoenix after 7 month processing in NBC. now it's been 2 month that I do not have any update? my pd is 10 Mar 2023. I filed 14 August 2024.

My wife’s I-130 was approved last week Monday exactly a week ago after I got three emails on I-130 and one on 1-485 saying we have an action on your case. Nothing on I-485. I thought they get approved together or a hrs or days apart. is this common?

I filed my paperwork November 2024 I got my work permit approve and when to my interview last Monday but at the interview they didn’t ask me and my husband no questions our baby was there too , the I-130 approve the next and I still haven’t heard anything .. I don’t know if the interview went well what y’all think ?

I am filing Mendomus on April/28/2025. i got a second interview date on June/03/2025. What kind of questions can be asked in the interview? My I-130 was approved 2022 my 1st I-485 interview was held on February/09/2023. After that they did not give any decision, thats why I am filing Mendomus.

I got an update on my case. CRP changed to RFE requested. my medical has been expired already. do you guys think it is for a medical? if so then does my doctor still have my information?

if you have a H1B visa that’s valid for 2-3 years, and you want to leave the country and re-enter with I-485 still pending, should you apply for AP EAD before leaving the country?

I applied for EB2 NIW on October 23, 2024. My application has not progressed yet. waiting for 211 days. How many days do I have to wait for a status update? Should I go through the premium process or wait a few more days? How much will PP cost? How many days will I have to wait to get the results if I take PP? If my case is approved, how many months will I have to wait to enter the United States? Waiting for expert opinion.

I am sooooo happy. case approved. I entered USA as a visitor on Jan 1, 2023. EB2-NIW approved in 5days through premium processing. PD June 13, 2023. Prepared case myself! Used 3 months to research and draft my case. Background in Financial crimes compliance. Lawyer from Africa. Enrolled in a school to read LLM. Graduation ceremony was yesterday. AOS submitted on October 2 2024, EAD on Oct 15th. Family joined me on B2 visas in September 2024 for graduation in December 2024. Convocation postponed to May 2025. Wife and 3kids submitted AOS in January, 2025. Wife received 5yrs EAD in February + SSN. Cases approved. 10 years GreenCarded! on June 5, 2025. I’m sooooooo grateful!

March 4th Texas sc here!!, yesterday my husband received an email notification for our 2nd AR, but guess what, today we looked at the documents tab and there was an approved pdf as well with yesterday’s date!! I can’t believe it!! God’s perfect timing 🤲🏼 thank you 🥲 I don’t know when the website is gonna be updated to approved status, but I’m very happy to have my pdf approval with me.
