i don’t think so. although i wish it were like that. if you remember the past history, BDV becomes so much popular in 2022 January and they were filling a lot of LC during that time. so, I think that there are a large number of applications in February, march . so, uscis will not advance. there were only 1100+ applications during November, December and January. thats why they advanced 3 months!!!
