EB2 NIW I-140, waiting time for approval
i have been waiting for the approval since 1.9 years after filling the case on normal basis not express, altough I am living in a country where the ban is imposed but I have heared that that doesnt effect the approval, but the last message I got was "Case is still being processed by USCIS" and thats it, no anyother update or message.
I need to ask the experts and experience holders of EB2 NIW, what should I do, should I wait or file express, as currently my priority date has also been passed.
my consultant has asked me to wait, but I need to get the second opinion on this from other field experts too.

Hi there, I am also experiencing same suitation. I filled my case 26 months ago and last July-ish, case status changes to “Case is still being processed” and I am still waiting. Hope to see something in the next couple of months

Based on the timeline you are still within the normail procesing time for your case type. These cases are typically processed within 24 to 48 months
