IR-2 Visa - Texas SC - PD Jan 2024 - RFE Response Pending Adjudication

Hey everyone, Looking for any similar experiences or insights into the current processing times after an RFE response. • Category: IR-2 • Form: I-130 (Family/Consular processing) • Service Center: Texas Service Center (SC) • Country of origin: Pakistan • Priority Date (PD): January 2024 • RFE Received: 7 April 2025 • RFE Response Submitted: 28 April 2025 As of today, the case is still being processed by USCIS. Update/Action Taken: I submitted an online inquiry through their e-tool on 18 October. We have already hired a lawyer in the US to assist with our case. Question: Has anyone recently had their case adjudicated by the Texas Service Center after submitting an RFE response in late April 2025? Approximately how long did it take after the RFE response for you to receive a decision? Thank you!

today I’ve seen my case updated to case is still being processed by uscis, time change to 4 weeks… how accurate is this? anyone experienced something like that. my case was under actively review since Jan 13. my case AOS married with a citizen PD 02/01/2024 please advise

I-485

Hello, I received an 1 email and a text message Uscis has taken an action on my case, oct 22nd and I-485 has changed to New updated date oct 22,2025, i-485 has 3 updated timestamps of FTA0 and case is still being processed by USCIS but after that nothing has been changed, nothing on documents tab. Anyone been through this? Anyone got schedule for interview or a approval? Thank you.

I-140 status changed RFE to still processing by USCIS

I received a RFE (1th and 3rd Prong) on Jun 2025, I sent the response on Sept, one month after (October 11) my status changed to case is still being processed by USCIS. it starts countdow until decision. Nebraska center Block 09237 PD Jan 2024. Honestly I am worried because it looks like the approval rate is low now, I don't know maybe I am nervious
