Has anyone gotten an email saying, “Notice Explaining USCIS' Actions Was Mailed
On April , 2026, we began reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative,. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by …”
and if so, what did it mean?

@ They sent you a Notice of intent to deny your case. If you do not have a lawyer, get one.

This might be an RFE or an NOID. You should wait to receive the notice in the mail and plan to timely respond to whatever USCIS is requesting.
