questions about submitting 485 and 765

Hello, I have a few questions hopefully someone would be able to answer it, 1.to send 485 and 765 should I send it to Vermont or Nebraska 2.i’m sending two of my children’s form with mine, should I add them with mine or in a separate envelope 3.what envelope would you recommend(just a regular brown own?) Thanks!

Any VAWA applicants in the same situation? I have an approved VAWA - i360 since June 2024. 485 PD is April 2022. I have sent the Request of Evidence, Medical Form a year ago and nothing happened!!
