EB1c premium processing-Nebraska
Hi all,
What’s the real timeline you’re seeing for EB1C with premium processing? I’m currently on working day 35 with no updates yet. My colleague received an RFE around day 25, so I’m trying to understand typical patterns.
My case is with the Nebraska Service Center. Would really appreciate if you could share your timelines or experiences. Thanks!

We recieved an RFE on day 35 and after submitting the evidence our i140 was approved business day 25.

You should be seeing a response within the 45 day PP window as in most cases people see response close to the 45day mark.
