They are “legitimate” but shady and dishonest. once you make your payment they will turn you to little puppy! If I were you, I would avoid making deals with BDV. My advice is to find your own sponsor it’s more affordable and straightforward than it might seem. You just need patience and to follow the proper steps. and you will save lots of moeny. If possible, I recommend the EB-3 Skilled category. It’s generally similar in process to the unskilled route, but often moves faster these days, and it doesn’t necessarily require advanced education.
