same , PD feb 20,2020 still pending due to the visa unavailability despite the visa bulletin is current I request help from the congressman I’m waiting for their response 🥺

@g f My PD is April 2021, I sent a service request this morning. I’m not waiting for the lawyer.

I recently spoke with the lawyer, and he said we need to wait for the RFE to be issued, which hasn’t happened yet. I had reached out to the congressman before, but there were no updates at the time. I’ll submit another request to see if there’s any new information on the case.

i got rfe in 2022 for medical and I submitted that time after that my case went to crp

how did you get a work permit until 2030?

mine expires next year and I am freaking out

@ira m My lawyer filed for the renewal in February 2025, and by May the new card had already been approved and produced. My previous card was set to expire in July, but I had already received the updated one in May, valid through 2030

@Mi Beni you can ask if there’s anything pending with your case through Emma, I just did few weeks ago, the response is kind generic but they let you know if there’s anything missing on your case Maybe they didn’t request the RFE because you sent the medicals with your application? I know a lot of people do that but my lawyer advised me to do it when USCIS requests, and they requested in June 2024 and I sent in July 2024 and 3 or 4 days later they placed me in case remains pending due to visa unavailability

@Mi Beni I also had a ghost update in Lawfully and I posted about it and someone else said they also got it, I’m curious if you got it too

@g f I’ll check if I can find any updates. My lawyer didn’t include the RFE with the application, and there hasn’t been any request for it to this day. I haven’t received any updates on my case in the past three years.

@g f my priority date is july 1 2022 i got medical rfe in dec 2022 after that i submitted medical with their rfe letter than after week its showed we received your response than case went to pending because of visa number now its current idk when they gonna do next update i did service request and congressmen enquiry too

@raja singh yesss I think I will do that today!!! the only thing is they send the letter to my lawyer’s office address and their office is as fast as a snail 🐌😭 hopefully they’ll just approve our case and no need to worry about a letter
