If I’m ROW (employment based) and Visa bulletin shows ‘current’ for Jan 2024 (PD 11/08/22) what does this mean for my I-485? what are the next steps until I get the actual green card or see some
change on the website? (no interview required, biometrics and medical provided beginning of 2023)

Mi esposo estuvo hablando con la asistente Emma la cual le transfirió un representante que nos dijo que mi caso pasó a California service center lo cual me tomo por sorpresa porque yo estaba en Texa service center no se a que se debe esto. I’m in asylum process since 2018, just went to one master hearing and since then no court date has been assigned to me. In April 2023 I submitted the I-130, I-485 and I-765 for marriage. EAD was approved, the I-130 was approved on Dec 21. But the I-485 was administratively closed due to the removal proceedings. Now that I have the I-130 approved I contacted my asylum attorney and he said that I have to wait until I got a court date, otherwise the court will not receive the motion to temrinate. Anyone with any experience or similar case please help on how to proceed. Thank you all!

I just noticed that case processing time went from 23.5 months to 24 months for Vermont. so I now I need to wait more time to even submit a request. it’s been a long 24 months, still no update. should have started n400 last year, and now I regret that decision. not sure if I should start n400 now or should I wait for one more month. Feeling really frustrated., I have Credit from an airlines which expires in Jun and I cannot use it without a non expired GC. long story short, airlines refused to board me with expired GC and extension letter, but instead of money refund they gave me credit
