you have to wait for I-360 decision, be very patience... after 37 months sent e-request to uscis, so you would know why it's take long. good luck

@Mrkvica M. @Nik Nelly Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
