Guys,
We got a RFE for bona fida marriage for our I-130. They have received it this tuesday and now I got an update saying they are actively reviewing our case again. We didn't set up my husband his account and he is out of the country so I am not able to see what's going on his account 😭

Applied in July for my mom’s green card, applied online for I-130, and then sent the I-485 via mail after confirmation letter was received for I-130.
I-485 approved today (12/15), I-130 approved 2 days later. Now just waiting for card issuance.

Early Christmas Present!
Got my I-130 approval notice under the document tab yesterday, and I-485 approved today! I-131 never got approved, receive a stand alone approval for I-765 half way through, hoping to ge the card before Christmas to surprise family back home!
