Taxes , Residency and Out of State Time Spent.
Hello,
EB3 Row 08/16/22 PD set to become current February.
In 2022 I had a project that had me stay in hotels out of state for 7 months cumulatively.
As I understand, EB3-1 is applied based on location. My permanent address has not changed, just lots of work travel.
I understand for tax purposes I have to include time spent out of state. will this have an impact on my pending 485?

it shouldn't effect your application as long as you didn't change your primary residence
even if you worked out of state it should be fine
the only way to effect your process is when you change your address on the wibsite .
