@M E I am not a relative, my son was, and he took him 4years, I was granted a visa in December and took 4 to 5 months to process it in my country. he came but he has to wait 1 year before applying for green card

@mamiss ma thank you for your reply, so it took him 4 years from APPROVAL of asylum to get his green card? or the whole process from A to Z took 4 years?

@M E the process took 3.5 years, and then national visa center transfer the case to my country and over it took less than 6 months. so the whole was 4 years

@b£ll@ Garcia they still producing the green card , I haven't received the Gc yet . I am impatient to see that part too. but from what I heard it will not change only 1 year residency will be mark there but I don't know. I let know when I received it. because you and I got the same long of waiting

@mamiss ma oh wow ask your lawyer and if you don't have one try calling uscis di info pass so you can talk to an agent

@b£ll@ Garcia I just did with the agent and he told me I can't see detail of asylum case so we may need to wait 5 years for citizenship but I will talk to my lawyer.

@b£ll@ Garcia hey, finally sent out the form I90 and problem was solved. they backdated to 2023 instead of 2024
