got this response and I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.. not sure what next step should I take

These checks are necessary to ensure United States national security and public safety interests. In some cases, the results of these checks require USCIS to perform additional inquiries or consult with other government agencies. When this is necessary, there is often some delay in resolving the checks, and it is difficult to predict when resolution will be completed. Please be assured that this case has not been overlooked. Once all checks are resolved, the petition will be adjudicated and your constituent will be notified of the decision.

Been down and sooo depressed that I did not leave my house all day. I stayed home and slept!! I got a phone call that woke me up!! soon as I woke up I noticed something about the app and checked! NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED!! I cried because a God knows I needed this for the new year !

expedite request for EAD
my lawyer put in a expedite request for my EAD uploaded evidence ( letter from
my employer saying if I don’t get my SS card / employment authorization I will be fired ) this was on November 30th and we still haven’t heard back about our request, now I get biometrics appointment scheduled day after we put in a claim. I already had biometrics done 2 years ago ( my I-485 has been processing since August 2021 biometrics expires I guess ) that’s why I hire a lawyer to help me get EAD while she helps me fix problem with my I-485. do you think EAD should get approved once I get biometrics done again?

So a USCIS call center agent just informed me now that ALL I-130 petitions can now be processed in either of these 3 locations; All service center, National benefit center, or a field office. I was originally Potomac, I was moved to California, then today, I'm told I'm under "All service centers" which has 14months processing time🤣. Humor me some more people. It's 2024! I won't even stress one bit. I'll double my grind, get on an airplane and see my wife whenever I want, monthly, weekly, bi-monthly....whenever!!!!
travel permit
Hi has anyone here expedited their travel permit? how long did it take? I lost my dad on Christmas Day but I am taking his remains home for burial which will be in late February. I expedited my advance parole a couple days after as his wishes were to go back home for burial. When I got my work permit my lawyer did not file travel permit with it so it was done after which is over a year now….. none the less she did not hesitate and put in the papers to expedite the exact day and got a receipt number but how long do they usually respond? Anyone?

Hello guys….my heart is almost falling out right now, please if anyone has experience this please share your story…..so my i130 changed yesterday to actively reviewing after 2yrs plus….then this morning it changed to changed to case denied, right now it is saying nothing is outstanding. but still showing case denied. please what does this mean, what should I be expecting????
New card is being produced!
i just wrote a post a couple days ago hoping my 485 being approved in 2024.
i checked Lawfully this morning as usual and there were updates saying my 485 case status changed to ‘new card being produced’!
it did not go to any FO or request for an interview. it changed straight from Fingerprints taken.
This means ny case has been approved and will be mailing me the GC soon right??
I will update once there is any further changes on the status and anyone around the same timeline as mine should be getting approved too!!

Ya casi un año de haber enviado la solicitud y desde el correo de confirmación no hemos vuelto a recibir ningún tipo de notificación ni actualizaciones. Nos dimos cuenta que nuestro caso lo transfirieron a California porque preguntamos por Emma el status, pero allí seguimos a la espera 😭

If I’m ROW (employment based) and Visa bulletin shows ‘current’ for Jan 2024 (PD 11/08/22) what does this mean for my I-485? what are the next steps until I get the actual green card or see some
change on the website? (no interview required, biometrics and medical provided beginning of 2023)
