This is seriously inhumanity & injustice. Upon checking on the highlights I saw so many I-824 cases getting approved filed on march 2023 & april 2023. But cases filed on December 2022 & January 2023 is pending. Not a single case is approved. Uscis should be shameful harassing people like this. On their website it says 12 month for I-824 at texas bt I’m already waiting close to 12 months but nothing yet. but on the other side cases filed on march 2023 & april 2023 getting approved. This is seriously injustice & inhumanity.. For a small mistake you taking over a year & keep people waiting infact there’s no point to check the timeframe on website. It’s all fake now. May Allah help everyone whoever going thru this pain💔😭

I spoke with a live agent through Emma and both told me my case was transferred to my local field office. I called and spoke to an agent and she told me a that my case is still at NBC. 🤦♂️

Wait or file now for EB2?
I’m a student about to graduate and just finished making all the documents for the I-140 petition EB2-NIW.
I don’t have a job offer yet planning to find one for May 2024 graduation. since I’m currently on F1 this means I’ll need to submit for OPT.
1. is it safe to file I-140 petition now and then apply for OPT once I have a job offer? or submit OPT first and then I-140?
2. I entered US after a conference travel few days back, for I-140 do I still need to wait 90 days post entrance to file?

I have the I-131 without change since the beginning. On November 30th, I sent the I-485 (RFE) medical exams. Has anyone had the same case? How long should I receive news from I-485 or I-131?

AOS while pending Asylum
Hey Folks,
My I-130 got approved last month. But I-485 turned into actively reviewing and no decision made yet. Today I learned that my I-485 was transferred to Asylum office from Local Field Office. I do have a pending asylum case as well. What should I expect? Are they confirming my bio in Asylum office or making decisions there as well? What can be the reason any ideas?

Moving to different state , what happens to the case ?
I have been waiting to move out of state but it seems approval will take forever . I want to know if anyone have experience moving and changing address ? does this make your case transfer to another service center and go back in queue ? I filed concurrently for my husband, spouse of us citizen . please let me know , thank you
