any eb1c india non-premium I-140 recent approvals from TSC ? please share your priority dates / timeline. what is the approximate process time these days ?

@r d , mine took exactly 12 months. Priority date is Nov-2022 and got my I-140 Approved on Nov-2023. But my AP and EAD was approved 8 months ago before I140 was approved. Texas Service Center.

thanks all for the inputs. PD not being current for India is causing the adjudication of India born applicants to be de-prioritized over other applications. That is contributing to long delays.
